The chatter of self talk is constant. If you have tried to still your mind, you’ll recognise the conversations that just ‘appear’ whilst you are trying so hard to be blank. Imagine the constant flow of language when we are not aiming for stillness!

The way we talk to ourselves reflects our self belief. If you are talking with negativity, that is having a huge impact on ‘self’. Would you speak to a friend like that? Are you not your own friend?
